Working from a full LiDAR scan of the existing FRAME façade, Inwindow engineered and fabricated a custom architectural overlay — every profile, molding, and sill scribed in 3D to fit within millimeters.
The surface was then painted and scenically aged by hand, creating the illusion of carved stone and plaster. Custom-scribed 3D window surrounds added depth and realism, while concealed warm-tone LED lighting washed each window frame with a soft Parisian glow after dark.

The structure was precision-fit to The Grove’s engineering requirements and installed overnight to minimize disruption, combining theatrical craftsmanship with architectural discipline. The result feels less like a set and more like a street corner lifted from Le Marais — intimate, elegant, and alive.
